About the event

In collaboration with the International Conducting Academy, the Central London Orchestra brings you an unforgettable evening of two remarkable symphonies: Dvořák's Symphony No. 8 and Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5.

Dvořák's Symphony No. 8 is a vibrant and uplifting piece. Expect to be swept away by the symphony's lively rhythms and pastoral themes; this is a celebration of the human spirit.

Tchaikovsky's Symphony No. 5 presents a more introspective and emotional journey. This powerful work is filled with themes of fate and struggle, expressed through Tchaikovsky's signature lyrical style, haunting melodies and dramatic crescendos.

CLO welcomes guest conductors, Tim Tian and Anna Maria Tabor, to present these well-loved works.
